Delivery Requirements
Address: 537 Evansville Road - Blandon, PA (Corner of Maiden Creek Rd. & Evansville Rd.)
All loads must be scheduled in advance and assigned a Delivery Authorization Number. Cadence Receiving Ticket must be completed and presented to the dispatch office upon entering plant. These shipments are to be coordinated and authorized through the Cadence Kiln Services Department. Normal communications are made directly through Cadence, not the kiln.

No calls regarding tire supply are to be made to the plant.
Hours of Receiving: Monday Friday, 7AM to 7PM. - Saturday by appointment only.
Drivers entering the cement plant must check in at the Dispatch Office (Entrance #2 Evansville Rd.), and present a completed Cadence Receiving Ticket to the dispatch window. No drivers are allowed inside the dispatch office. The dispatcher will then present driver with a blank scale ticket and hold on to the receiving ticket. Any shipment without a valid Cadence Receiving Ticket or any shipment that has not been scheduled in advance through Cadence will not be accepted at the cement plant!
With blank scale ticket in hand, driver should then proceed to Entrance #1 on Maiden Creek Rd. (Scale #5) to weigh in. This is a self-service scale Print loaded weight on ticket. After unloading, weigh empty and print results.
Driver should then proceed back to the dispatch office and give the scale ticket to the dispatcher. Dispatcher will give the top copy of the scale ticket and the bottom copy of the receiving ticket to the driver for his records. Dispatch office retains all remaining copies.
All trucks/trailers must be clearly marked by a unit # on the outside front and rear. Any variance of these requirements may result in the refusal of your shipment. Drivers can utilize right hand lane and stop in front of the dispatch office. Drivers no not have to wait in the left lane behind the cement trucks.

2. Proper work attire including hard hats, goggles and safety shoes with steel toes are to be worn during unloading. No shorts are to be worn inside the plant.
3. Truck must display previously issued Cadence Permit Effective June 1, 2002
4. Required Safety Training must be completed.
5. Follow delivery requirements sheet attached.
6. Make sure forms are filled out properly (and completely): Shipper’s Name, Date Received, Origin City or Facility, Trucking Company, Trailer Number, Material Delivered and Driver’s Signature.
7. Unload only “Acceptable Scrap Tires” reference Cadence/Lehigh Scrap Tire Specifications.
8. As a reminder, all drivers are to report back to the dispatch office after weighing empty.
9. Front-end loaders and all other Lehigh equipment have the right of way.
