More effective combustion means more alternative fuel use. When it comes to enhancing combustion in any kiln, Cadence Mixing Technologies stand alone.   Internal gasses are stratified.  Higher temperature gasses tend to travel along the top and cooler gasses tend to travel along the bottom. Gas stratification inhibits combustion, contributes to emissions, and limits alternative fuel use. Cadence Mixing Technologies adds opposing streams of high velocity air inside the kiln shell and, for precalciners, in the riser to rotate and mix the stratified gasses. Mixing improves combustion, reduces emissions and permits the use of more alternative fuels.
